Solarcomm will suggest the most efficient and economical delivery method available. Local pick up is also available in the Metro Phoenix area. Solarcomm is not be responsible for delays in deliveries due to acts of nature, delays in transportation or other contingencies beyond the control of Solarcomm.

Refused Shipments/Collections/Claims:

Shipments refused for any reason will be assessed a 20% restocking fee along with freight charges incurred by Solarcomm. No shipments will be made on past due accounts. Applicant also agrees to pay all costs and expenses incurred by Solarcomm to collect on any unpaid invoice's, including collection agency, court and/or attorney fees.
